Since I also had such problems with 7695, I could have a look at the production date and post it here. How can I find it out?
The technical guy, replacing the mainboard, also thought this might be caused by a memory problem.

Seems, that my 42pfl7695k/02 was produced in 40th Week of 2010. This seems reasonable, I bought it in beginning of Jan 2011.
Factory: HungaryLast edited by smart; 08-12-2011 at 09:19 PM. Reason: Added factory

My NetTV works, as long as I am very patient
Type 40PFL8605H/12
Year: 2010
Week: 25
Factory: Hungary
Main software : 0.140.39.0
Standby software : 71.62.0.0
Problem: it takes several attemps before NetTV finally connects. Last couple of days, I sometimes even get message to switch TV off and on again to continue sign on.

Yes, I have called them.
They found the fact that the 32 inch TV-set doesn't have any problems very interesting.
For the 37PFL8605 they asked me to download the new firmware (version 39). It was also possible that I received the new firmware by mail on a usb-stick. The new version should solve, in most cases, the NetTV problems.
This evening I will download and install the new firmware. When the result is unsatisfactory Philips asked me to call them again.
To be continued ....
