Tv switches off after a few hours (37PFL6606)
A friend of mine has this problem with his new 37PFL6606: After 4 or 5 hours of watching via hdmi, the tv displays a message telling him that the set will switch off in a few seconds. He has to confirm with yes or no otherwise the tv switches off. I updated the software to the latest version but the problem stays. Is there maybe an energysaving setting which causes this ?
Edit: Found the answer in the userguide. It is indeed an energysaving setting. Problem solved !Last edited by Stardust; 07-26-2011 at 11:21 PM. Reason: Problem solved
