If you turn off the TV with a remote control when watching videos with USB, it turns off, but after 10 seconds back on. The problem appeared in the firmware 137.
When viewing a MKV video file from the USB, HD Natural Motion function does not work. Video is not smooth at any value of the setting.
lack of subtitltes
Is there any chance that the next FW will support subtitles? (both when playing movies via DLNA and USB). Philips please do something about it.
I agree with you. I would like this feature, but it's since December I asked for this in this forum; I'm going to think they will never add support for AVCHD files.

Update to http://www.supportforum.philips.com/...ull=1#post9072
- TV returned from 3rd repair service
- CI+ card works but there are still sound dropouts on channels with Dolby Digital audio stream
- Called Sertronics: "We'll talk to Philips how to proceed and call you back"
sound drops still continue PFL7695/12 TURKEY
You are talking rubbisch. Support to this tv's cannot end as the tv lasts over 10 years. New features have to be implemented en problems have to be solved.

Philips helpdesk points to Ziggo's CI+ certification and Ziggo's helpdesk points to Philips and discards this certification issue... so... could Philips please contact Ziggo and sort this out?
I am also waiting for this. I can not understand why Philips say this is an Ziggo issue, while it works with all other branches. I am very dissappointed about this and this will have consequences for further purchaces of any kind of Philips products.

Now i called Philips support and they told me they are not going to change the functionality for the 2010tv's. I asked them nicely to check the conflict with Ziggo and they promised to e-mail me. They didn't.
So i think Philips is not putting the effort to solve this conflict with Ziggo for their costumers. Now for all Dutch people, i advice you not to buy a philips tv until Philips put out a official statements and clears the rumors.
Im deeply disappointed in Philips and their support. Even on this forums the Philips officials are avoiding the questions about this IP-EPG topic and do not care about the dutch users. They just ignore us!

No they donot. The question goes to the technicians, who have to solve this out. A Philips member on this forum is going to sort this out and comes back to us as soon he knows more.

Bug in this firmware:
When watching a AVI movie via DLNA streamed from my NAS running Twonky server on my 42PFL7655K02 and then pressing the standby-button on the remote without stoping the movie prior to it and entering the home screen or switching bach to television, the TV enters standby mode, but the network interface of the TV does not shut down. The TV is still receiving data through the network, because all lights on my switch keep blinking like crazy, which is normal during data transfer. When I turn on the TV again, then there is no boot-sequence showing the Philips logo, even after several minutes of standby, instead the movie appears directly on the screen within a second. It looks like that the TV never enters standby mode, but instead just turns off the display and the sound.
it seems the TV goes into eco mode (like the green button function).
