Hard time downloading/ using songbird?

Just wonder if Songbird is difficult to use or not.( I usually do drag and drop!)

Do you have to use Songbird with the Philips players or can you use Windows media player too?

you can use the Songbird but also the Windows Media Player. If you want to synchronize Playlist you have to set the Device in MTP mode.

drag and drop does works and is convenient as you mentioned Kath.
but to my experience, if you do drag and drop, the tag maybe wrong especially when your songs are not in English... so that you will recognize some weird characters....

using those software applications (WMP or Songbird) ... the tags will be less likely to be wrong...

one point is also important... if there re some probs for your GOGEAR and you cannot wake it up by pressing reset... you may need to repair your device. that requires Songbird....

I have a reasonably decent PC but i had to give up using Songbird, it looks quite nice but was so slow and prone to freezing i find WMP fine and easy for putting songs on
