Time needed to update firmware?
Hi,
How long does it take to upgrade to this version? At one point I had to choose "restart" and now the display of the device says "UPG MCU". It's like this for half an hour or so. This doesn't feel right. The USB device is still blinking like there's activity.
Also, one of the items (MCU1) was "failed", but the only option I had was to restart the device. But it doesn't seem to restart, but just stays in the "UPG MCU" status. The TV screen only shows the blue Phlips background, no text information. I have a HTS7140/12.
Regards,
Arjan

Have you remove your disc from the disc tray before upgrading?
Can I know you upgrade software from which version to which version? Thanks.
If possible, can you leave your serial number here as well?

After about an hour I decided to disconnect the power. Then waited a few minutes and connected the power again. The device started ok but the display remained "UPG MCU". I could operate the device normally though. I tried to start the upgrade procedure again and now all went ok. Everything is fine now and the firmware version is V52.01 when I look it up through the menus.
I am not sure, but maybe the upgrade had to do one part first, before being able to do the whole upgrade?
I am not sure from which version I came, but it has to be either the version before or the one before that. I know this by looking at the changelist and remebering what I have seen there before.
The serial number of my device is: vn2a1118002169
