    light picture problem 42pfl7404h/12 lcd tv

    Hi please help!
    I bought this TV in April last year in the UK but am currently living in Germany. I turned on the TV as normal today and the screen has lost it's colour and become very faded. I have tried updating the software to try to solve the problem as well as doing all the normal stuff like adjust the colour , contrast etc.
    Does this problem sound familiar?
    Could this be a hardware or software problem?
    Can anyone suggest a course of action?
    As it is over 12 months old am I still covered under warranty?
