    new firmware doesnt help

    I have a dvdr3575h. bought harry potter box set for my son's birthday - 'blu ray disc' written on cover. when it wouldn't play, i realised i had to upgrade software, so got it done to version 3.06 using my usb. but the discs still won't play! we're all v disappointed. can anyone help?
