    BDP9500 unknown disc

my new bdp9500 worked fine for 3 weeks. now all of a sudden it doesn't play any disc anymore. it tries to read disc and then gives the message "unknown disc". is there anything i can do? tried a firmware upgrade already - did not help.

    Hi,

go to the shop where you bought your BDP and ask for a replacement!

Cuz when "unknown disc" error is displayed, it might be a loader problem...
