I just want Philips could fix problem with installation DVB-T programmes for my country - POLAND. Polish customers with 2010 (40pfl7605) have no custom installation settings - we have only gap with "MEGAHERTZ"
Please PHILIPS answer me the question: Can You fix it?

Hi,
I have a 37PFL8605H/12 & I have a recurring problem in that the sound just drops away for about 10 secs & then returns . Sometimes it doesn't happen at all other times maybe 5/6 times usually at the most important part! Can anyone let me have a fix for this. Thanks.

Hi Padsy,
I've got the same TV model and I had the same issue after my purchase.
The reason of my sound drop was the Philips Soundbar mod. 5120 (HDMI 1.2 of the Soundbar vs. the HDMI 1.3 of our TV model).
The HDMI format mismatch was solved by Philips: they've proposed me the "trade In" of my new HTS5120 with the HDMI 1.3 HTS7140 for free.
Have you got a sound bar connected to your TV?
Here you can find more infos on this topic:

and here the solution:
