Firmware won't update! 50pf7220a_37

The menu has recently started popping up randomly. I read that a firmware update would fix this. I followed the instructions on the Philips website, put the firmware on a usb drive, but the tv will not update. I keep getting "Cannot Read File!" I've also tried to update it manually through the menu and get the message "No updates found on inserted media." I am trying to update from 1.0 to 1.5. Any help would be appreciated. 50pf7220a_37

Hi

To update the TV, make sure that only the Firmware file is on the USB Stick.
Also make sure, that the USB Drive is formated in FAT32.
At last, please download and extract the Firmware again.
