    powers on slowly (42pfl7606h)

    Hei, After i press the power-on button on my remote it takes about 8-10 sec before the tv is completly on.
    The philips logo are shown twice under this bootup. This is my first LED-tv. Is this normal?
    Is there anything i can do to shorten this time?

    Hi,

    this is normal... the TV has a linux-based operating system, which needs to be started... also you should wait 1 minute before you start Net TV / Ip-EPG...
