Phillips Consumer suports sent the download link to me to resolve the problems with NetTV.
I have a 37PFL7605H/12, so i think it must work for the 7000 range.
Maybe it also works for the 8000 range !
In the firmware release the speak about "Solution for 32PFL7605H/60, 40PFL8605H/60" also the 7000 and the 8000 range.

Annyway NetTV works fine now 8-)

Hi, yes it works in a 7605 but there is a very important change in the .040 SW: NetTV runs without any login problems. BTW this was the reason for the new SW.
(maybe you find no change because you don't use NetTV or you run on a older SW; something before .037 or so.)

    Regards

    Question to Philips :

Is it possible to use this 8000-series upgrade for my 7605-TV
    without!!! problems ?
    I am waiting and waiting,
    but there isn't a .040 available for 7605-TV's.

If this 8000 series upgrade works for 7000-series
    Philips should say this.

    Thanks to Philips.

As you can read ,the software has tested in the 7000 series and work well (i got it from Phillips esspecially for my 7605H ).
So its a 7000 and a 8000 software upgrade, The only difference between the older firmware is that they resolve the problem with NetTV.
The official upgrade will come begin or half september .
