I,m New on here, and was wondering if there will be an upgrade so that the model i have can be used on windows 7.

At the moment i cannot convert video clips to play via the Arcsoft software.

have you checked for updates through your MP3 player? Usually you download a firmware manager to help you upgrade to the latest version. This may help:

the Opus uses:
MPEG4 SP: up to 640 Kbit/s in .AVI-Format,
320 x 240, 30 Pictures/Sek.
or
WMV9: up to 512 Kbit/s, 320 x 240, 30 Pictures/
Sek.

so you can use any other converter to create such Video files
