Gogear Opus 16b Buttons have stopped working.

I have a Gogear Opus 16b. Model SA1OPS16K/02 VN1B0925002280

A couple of weeks ago the power on button started acting up, Before it finally Stopped responding.
I ran the repair program on the device manager after i update it. And it didn't work.
I tried resetting it, again failed. I can only start it now by using the reset button.
Now none of the buttons work. Apart from the + button but only when i try the repair program.

Any ideas??

Have you tried repairing the player since on Songbird?
Or maybe you could update Songbird first as this can always help?
