    To learn more information about the songs or musicians in your library, use the mashTape function in Philips Songbird.

    After you launch Songbird, drag up the mashTape from the blue bar at the bottom.

    Now, you can enjoy the Artist Info, News, Photos and Videos of the song you’re currently playing.

    great! so is that an add-on or it's already there once you start up the songbird?

    Mashtape is an add-on for songbird. Add-ons can be downloaded to customize your songbird experience.

    There are quite a few you can install. Here's a link to the add-on section on the songbird website if you are interested: http://addons.songbirdnest.com/
