Hello

I have tried numerous times now to update the software on the 32PFL5405H/05 I own but the update always fails.
I've downloaded the zip file from the phillips page, placed it correctly to the usb, but nothing is happening with it apart from viewing the loading - validating bars, it always stops before the validating bar is finished.

Please help the constant sound drops are very annoying
