    Iphone cant detect smart tv

    I have downloaded the app and smart tv is hooked up to internet, but iphone cant detect the tv, any advise?

    Hi,

    be sure you have the latest firmware installed for your TV (2009: 26.78, 2010: 140.39, 2011: 10.94.1). For 2009 and 2010 you need to activate jointSpace on your TV. Your iPhone and TV need to be in the same network.

    I suggest you to check on the IP address and make sure you have solid connection over your home network.
    Which means check on the subnetmask and ip config.
    Try pinging tru your computer to TV and your iphone.
    If you get respond then it should work...

    Is that software installed in your tv? then only you can detect your device in your tv.
