    -how long were products in use?
    -out of box failure?

    Here we go:

    -serial number of your station: -> NW000808001760 and NW000811004579, bought 2008
    -how long were products in use? -> around 3 years
    -out of box failure? -> no
    -were products sent for repair? -> no. Reason: see post of OAS, dated 05-06-2012, 12:36 AM

    Dear Rafal,

    Information as requested:

    -serial number of your station..............NW00752000261
    -how long were products in use?..........Brought for Christmas 2009 till to date, although it was not in use for 6 months while renovating
    -out of box failure?.............................No been working fine from New
    -were products sent for repair?.............No, not had a problem up till now.

    Wife got a 5 year warranty with Comet (no longer in business), but it only has WAC on the invoice as she got the WAS thrown in as part of the deal.
