    Ds9000/12 stop of work

    My dock stop working after 2 or 3 minutes if audition. The sound appear to detect interferences like a vynil disc when the disc is with issues
    Can anybody help me?

    Sorry to hear that your dock stops working. Can you please confirm whether this happens on a specific album or track?

    Also, are you using the Fidelio App with your dock?

    Hi, Andrea
    The dock after 2 or 3 minutes don't work correctly with IPhone, IPad or mp3 player iRider. After this time, the sound flow intermittently. If you want, I can send one Wav file with one audition.
