    SD Card on BDP8000

    Hi All

Just bought my BDP8000 recently & upgraded to FW 1.56. No problems thus far using the various functions & features.

I noticed it can take SD Cards in the back for more external memory, so my questions is how high an SD Card can the BDP take? Is there a maximum limit?

    Best Regards

    René

    Hi,

the SD card slot is only for video on demand purposes... It's used as buffering memory for downloaded VOD videos... and 4-8 GB class 4 or higher should be sufficient for VOD.

But you can put a SD-Card reader on the USB port...
