Service Alignment Menu (SAM)
Hi
In the last couple of days we’ve noticed that more and more comments with reference to the Service Alignment Menu (SAM) are posted.
We know that there are several guides available on the internet on how to enter this menu and we understand that it might be "exciting" for some users to explore this menu and even change items.
But we need to be very clear on this: making any changes without specific instructions by Philips or an Authorized Repair Center, may result in a non-working TV, and in all cases in a warranty loss.
Regards
