Question [Question] What's the difference between BDP5200 and BDP6000

    Hi,

I just curios: What is the difference between the BDP5200 and the BDP6000?

If I compare them on the Philips web site the only difference is that the BDP6000 has "CinemaPerfect HD".

But why does the BDP6000 is much more cheaper than the BDP5200 (see German Philips Shop)?

Can somebody explain in detail what the real differences are?

Maybe Philips can also post a spread sheet with the differences of the 2010 and 2011 BDPs...

in the very beginning i thought there s only colour different.... but later, i was told there's really some differences:

The additional features for BDP6000 are:

•CinemaPerfectHD for clearer and sharper video playback
•Content adaptive enhancement to enable always the best viewing enjoyment

This feature can be accessed from the setup and option menu. Is also in the BDP7600 but not in the BDP5200.

for the price, i dont know BDP6000 is cheaper... this is quite strange to me...
