Hello everybody. I'm new to this forum and maybe my question is not placed in the correct forum, so my apologize; I purchased this remote control and would like to know what button is operating the "open/close" door on a SANYO DVD I am trying to use.

the Remote will not be supported in this Forum.
From what i know, sometimes not all the Functions are available to a specific Brand and Device even if there is a Code for this Device.
Try to search again for a new Code or run the Code Search (if possible, see manual).
If your Remote has the ability, try to learn the Key from the original Sanyo Remote.
If that doesn't help, please get in Contact with the local Call Center to see if they have more Ideas how to operate this Remote with your Sanyo.
