BDP7600/12 starts sometimes without being asked

Hello to this forum!

Once a day my player starts itself without any other attached gear is running. This only happens when a medium is inside. Anyone know if i may have missed some setting in my player?
Also i wonder if it is on purpose that i can´t switch on the player from its "On" sensor? When i just shut down the player to standby the "On" sensor at the front panel works. After a while i can´t switch it on with it anymore. I have to use the remote then. If this is a power-saving feature, please shut the light off completely then.
Also one wish i have is that the eject key is intelligent enough to stop and eject a film when touched. I had to stop the playback of a DVD with the remote before i was able to eject the disc at the player sensor button.
One more strange thing is that i lost my settings completely one time. If i loose the settings a second time this piece for sure will go back. Please tell me there is a fix.

Edit: Problem solved. I send it back. After thinking twice i wondered myself why i have to look for faults of a new product myself hoping for some updates that may never come. Must be me that has bad luck with new products or there is simply more "beta state" stuff sold lately!?
