I have a BDP9600 and want to read the files saved in my external HD 'WD My Passport for Mac'. I have various files on the external HD including backup files etc. I have separately saved the video files I want to read into another folder however when I am on the home page, I can't seem to read the USB at all. On the home page, I know the BD player can sense the external HD because the USB icon lights up. However, when I click onto it there is no reaction.

Can anyone help??
