Sound Problem with new 40PFL5605H/12

Dear Philips,
after sending my 40PFL5605H/12 for a problem on the on-off switch(located under the tv) I try to attach my new HDMI sat receiver and a new problem has come. The audio goes off(or distorted ) when switching beetween HDMI peripherals. So now I must send AGAIN and AGAIN for any problem or there is a hope to have a product that works with just 2 or 3 repairs by you, because the money that I paid to you works immediately.
