Re:New Closing Threads policy
Hi, I just wanted to say I think the new policy of closing threads if they don't get replies within a certain period of time is a really bad idea. The beauty of internet forums is the fact that you can find old posts and update them as you find new fixes, workarounds etc.
This policy will be a hindrance not a help to Philips' customers.
Why are you implementing this policy anyway? It's not like you have to pay rent for posts that are open?
I'm also disappointed that both posts where this policy was announced are locked and can't be discussed.
