Ensure your products work properly before selling them.
Your Fidelio docking systems boast of the fidelio App which expands it's appeal and useability.
The trouble is the App is a complete failure. Look at reviews on the App store. When you buy the product because of the promise of an internet radio it is very disappionting.
My suggestion to philips MAKE YOUR EXISTING PRODUCTS WORK PROPERLY,

i tried just now with my iphone and Xperia Play.
the app works ok....I tried that with BBC channel 4... seems working fine...
