Hi all,

I purchased a 32PFL3606H/12 a few weeks ago and have been noticing the sound cutting out when using devices connected via HDMI. The image is fine, but the sound cuts out for just a few seconds and then returns. It seems to happen quite sporadically as well.

Apart from that, the TV works fine.

I've changed my HDMI cables, tried all the connections and updated the firmware of every piece of equipment connected. My TV's using the latest TPM61E_2.17 firmware.

Is it possible that the TV is having trouble processing the audio stream? Is this a known issue? I've found a couple of posts of people with similar problems on the internet but haven't seen a solution. Is it possible that this may be fixed by a future firmware update?
