SA2RGA02SN/02 mp4 does not work after restart
i have SA2RGA02SN/02 model. I did restart, the screen turns on shows in August that says register your product and get support at www.philips.com, and after that shows a blank screen and nothing more I can do. the pc does not recognize mp4: / let someone will help

Have you tried resetting your player by holding down the reset button for about 10 seconds, and then repairing your player using the songbird software? I'm learning that using the repair function usually helps restore everything when things go wrong.
