HTS 7202 Lip Sync

I have a HTS7202, with Firmware 1.27, on a Philips 42PFL7685H-12 connected with HDMI ARC cable. Everything works fine since the newest firmware, except lip sync. Whatever i try, i can't get the lip sync right. On the TV in advanced menu on/off, or on the HTS from 0 to 200, i can't find the right setting.Is it an option to connect the TV and the HTS together with a digital audio cable? Will that do the trick? What cable do i need?

Forgot to mention, i have a Humax 5050c HD Decoder.

This is what I found on the manual, have you tried delaying that?
HDMI is good enough usually...

Update: Oops sorry you already did that. But HDMI is usually good enough to handle this...

I've tried lipsync in the HTS config, and the TV config as well, but no results. The Humax lipsync didn't do the trick either,
but when i play a Blue Ray nothing is wrong, so it's only in TV mode.
So maybe a digital cable from the TV to the HTS?
