    TV only support mp4 after software update

    Hello Everyone.
    I've recently purchased a philips TV set , before i done my software update everything was good.
    After software update my TV only able to support mp4 format.
    Anyone encounter such issue, any solution for this

    Hi,

    please state you exact TV model and the firmware before and after...

    Did you try to pull power cord for 2-3 minutes? Do you play the file via USB or DLNA?

    before: not sure ( anyway to check that )
    after: software version Q554E-0.97.0.0
    Never try to pull power cord for 2-3 minutes
    play via DLNA

    Play via USB also unable to play other format. ( only able to play MP4 format )
    Do i need to reinstall the firmware or what step should i do.
