47PFL5704D/F7 Sound Problem
Hello,
I purchased the Philips 47PFL5704D/F7 47" LCD TV 19 months ago from Walmart. The problem I am having is when you turn the TV on, often you have to turn the volume up to "50" before the sound actually works. It has done this since shortly after I purchased the TV. I've been using the same DirecTV box for the previous TV.
I purchased the extended warranty/protection plan from Walmart. So, it's still "protected". Maybe it's time I call them?
Thanks for any input. I am curious to know if anyone has experienced this.
Nick
