Problem on firmware update

I try to update my television's firmware but i have a big problem. I downloaded the RIGHT firmware which PHILIPS has at Greek official site. Then i follow the instrunctions for update from USB stick (formatted at FAT mode, unzip the file & copy it at the usb directory) and then i put it on television's port. While the procedure starts, and the loading indicates Done, Validation Done, at third step which is for Programming, it stucks! Also shows a message which say " Programming Error! Retry the procedure or contact your dealer."

I tried again and again with no luck. Except this the tv doesn't close from RC's power button neither from the Switch. The only solution is from power supply. Then, while i turn television on the software upgrade application starts automatically. I can't watch TV and i don't know another solution or some control configurations to do, for reset it at first mode.
Any suggestions please?

My TV is Philips 32PFL5403D/12
Current soft info: Q522E_064.30.5
