The DRIVECAST App is located in country Italy. But it has no country limitation.
Sign-up at http://www.drivecast.eu/ via your PC and prepare what you are going to look at on your TV.
Select the podcasts you prefer, there are many.
I can recommend the “best of YouTube” and the various “NASA” podcasts.
The “Dive films” are all in HD, amazing.
There is much, much more!
When you sign up, you can choose the things you like!
