BDP3200/12 Problem Sound drop out

Hi, I bought a BDP3200 and 3 new films in blu-ray and when I play the 3 films there are sounds drop out, with all the films.

My friend plays the films in his blu-ray player, it's no philips, and he didn't have any problem.

I have the new firmware 1.66 and my TV is Sony KDL-40W4500

What can I do?

Hi,

It would be good to check with a different cable, on a different Tv, etc... ( with your BDP ofcourse ) to see where the issue comes from.

In July I have purchased a BluRay player BDP3200/12 too and I have the same problem: audio dropout 2 seconds sometime (15 or 20 minutes average) connected with a Sony KDL-40S4000. I have verified that with other TV, the player runs correctly. The PHILIPS assistance had not had any solutions. The suggestion is to change the TV Sony with another brand.

I think is this happens only with certain Sony LCD Tv sets. They have normally no problems but this problem appears only with the BDP3200; all other connected devices run correctly.

What can I do now?
