Dirt/halos on internal side of glass, 52pfl8605

A few users in an Italian forum have been reporting the same issue with their brand new 8605 TVs, namely the glass panel has dirt areas, halos as well as fingerprints (!!) in the internal side of the glass.

There are also reports of local service being unable to clean the internal side of the glass, making it dirtier and dirtier.

Is this a known issue? How can the internal side of the glass be so dirty...?

Ciao, ad ottobre 2010 ho acquistato un philips 37PFL8605H/12, dopo un po’ mi sono reso conto della presenza di sporco ed aloni all’interno del vetro, all’inizio non volevo fare nulla perché ho pensato che se mi fossi rivolto all’assistenza iniziava il mio calvario, la cosa però mi rodeva visto che il televisore è stato pagato 1209 euro, purtroppo non ce l’ho fatto ed ho chiamato.
Ecco il calvario iniziato il 13 settembre:
Primo tentativo, pulizia del vetro, è ritornato com’era con l’aggiunta di ditate sul display, 6 gg in assistenza.
Secondo tentativo, vetro nuovo dall’ Olanda, idem + ditate, 16 gg in assistenza
Adesso siamo al terzo, ritiro previsto lunedì 31 ottobre.

stavo giusto ieri notando gli aloni interni di cui parli.



ciao ragazzi ho riscontrato lo stesso problema in modo pesante nel mio tv stavo pulendo il tv dalla polvere e ho acceso i faretti dell'abbassamento di tetto che ho sopra la tv madòòòòòòòòòò è scioccante aloni di panno sporco impronte strisce verticali di due centimetri dico come sia possibile ho scritto nel sito della philips il tv ha 40 giorni posso farmelo cambiare?
