    friends bluray player

    I upgraded my friends bdp3000/05 a month ago,but since then bluray discs will play rarely,otherwise it says unknown disk,I upgraded the player again,and its still doing the same thing,the player has rarely been used,any ideas?or is there a way to reset back to original firmware?
