Philips Songbird not downloaded the SA2XXX, SA3XXX firmware updates. The download window opens, but the process does not start. About two minutes after the program an error message. The device manager also does not work.
The error first occurred two weeks ago. Several types of error-free, six computers, Windows XP, and Windows 7 operating system software tested Songbird, because it produced the error. Two weeks ago it all worked well.
The Songbird version 2.5.4.
The type of test: SA2RGA, SA2SPK, SA2VBE, SA2ARA,
SA3RGA, SA3VBE, SA3ARA.
I ask for help in solving the problem, a problem not only because it affects me, affects all users.
