32PFL9606 and IEEE 802.11n at 5GHz?
We have a Philips 32PFL9606 TV and a Fritzbox-Router 7390 for the WiFi MediaConnect and connecting the TV to a home network.
In the Philips-manual we found an information about connecting the TV to a home network by WiFi. As recommended PC requirements we read: "Wi-Fi 802.11n for router and PC".
802.11n can operate in both frequency ranges: in the 2.4-GHz frequency range and in the 5-GHz frequency range.
But our Philips 32PFL9606 TV shows only the WiFi-SSID in the 2.4-GHz frequency range.
Can the 32PFL9606-TV use the 5-GHz frequency range of the IEEE 802.11n specification?

Hi
5 GHz is an optional Feature for the IEEE 802.11n Standard.
As we support b/g also with 2,4GHz it is obvious that we do the same for "n".
