    Black screen freezes when going below channel 1

    My TV freezes and goes black when I change the tv channel downwards from channel 1. It's on the digital tuner. I have to restart the TV to get back the channels.

    Hi,

    what TV do you have and which firmware version is installed? Check also the support website for a firmware update and try again.

    It has the latest firmware, i have updated the television, through the internet.

    Furthermore, I find that the tv takes a long time loading the program guide, even though I have a 20 Mbit cable ethernet connection!

    Can we fix it... yes you can!
