    Angry 42PDL7906K/02 "reset" problem

    Dear Support,

my 42PDL7906K/02 (brand new, firmware 14.084) has a very annoying problem: randomly the audio and ambient light go off for a couple of seconds then return to normal.
Sometimes this problem least longer, the audio, video, and ambient light go off, turning back after a while.

1400 Euro and the TV doesn't work...

    Really disappointed customer.

I'm not at home I can't check, but I believe it is a kind of reset.
Example: if I'm browsing YouTube, when the "reset" happens the TV revert back to the default input (HDMI 1).
It is a kind of reset, some time least 2 seconds, sometime 10 seconds.

I can confirm that the problem is a kind of "reset", the stand-by led remains off while "resetting".
Philips tech support dont you think this problem on a brand new TV deserves some little attention?

so the led stays off, this means the tv is powered and does not go off...
