42PFL7606K sound problem
Trying to extract the sound from TV for introducing it in my audio sytem, because mi high-end amp does NOT accept Dolby digital signal from TOSLINK... I contqacted PHILIPS for sugesting adding, like many other do, CHOOSING between PCM and DD in OPTICAL OUTPUT but they said NO...
Well, SCART does NOT output audio signal... THE last CHANCE is to use HEADPHONES OUTPUT... if I am going to use my audio system, I hace to DISCONNECT TV SPEAKERS... I do this in configuration menu... BUT HEADPHONES OUTPUT ALSO DISCONNECT...
Headphones volume is indpendent of speakers volume... Why HEADPHONES disconnect when SPEAKERS are disconnected...
TV goes on WITHOUT SOUND IN HEADPHONES OUTPUT
Very very bad this TV in sound section...
