My 42PFL7403 can not show video files "mov" taken by Iphone and Canon Ixux cameras

My TV can not show videos from USB key ... taken with Canon Ixus camera or from Iphone. Jpeg photos works good.

I would like to buy a new Philips TV but when i bring the UBS into the TV ... videos will not show. And Sony tv can not. Samsung can. Shops say that philips do not backup MOV files.
    Can anybody help me ?

Then I bought a new Philips Medieplayer P3000 (something) and this device can not play or shop MOV files.

    Hi,

your TV is a 2008 model and it does only support VERY few codecs...

For the supported codecs of the HMP3000, see FAQ section on the support website.

    Hi

the 42PFL7403 does only support MPEG1 and MPEG2 Movies.
    mov. is not supported.

For the HMP3000, see the FAQ Page.
If that does not help you, please contact the Local Call Center.

    Regards
    Thomas
