What type of media stream to connect to 32PFL7605H/12 Tv
I have been surffing the web for about 3 days, searching for an answer to my question.
how can I stream media to my Tv without using a pc media server. I was hoping to solve this issue
with a NAS-box, but I can´t find anything on the web that can pinpoint what type of NAS works with the Tv
like : brand, model and exetra. Pleas if any one has a NAS-box connected to his Philips tv and it works could you
tell me what model it is and brand.

Hi
The Nas needs to support DLNA or at least UPnP.
If that is ensured, it will work with the TV.

Hi
okay just to make sure everything is fine:
go to browse pc > do you see your nas with your files?
The Answer is yes, means that all is working fine except the fact that the Videos you want to play do not fit the TV capabilities.
Check out what the TV and what not at this Link.

The reason is I´m asking is I dont want to buy a NAS-box that is not supported by the Tv, because of the return policy in my contry. You dont get your money back all you get is a depposit in the store.

I can stream this file from the computer to the Tv, but NOT from my nas-box that supports upnp.
That is why I´m asking if someone has resolved this issue. I dont need someone troughing at me a list that show the supported files that the Tv can play. I´m not your regular "house hold mom" when it comes to tech.

Hi,
you should be careful what you are writing...
Nevertheless, you should state in the first place that it worked from PC and not from the DLNA-Box...

Hi
recode the Video with MP@ML or MP@HL instead of: "Format profile : AP@L3"
and you can play this Video also from your current NAS.
