    Thumbs down Support Site Not Working AGAIN!!!

    I am trying to get support on a BDP3406. I goto www.philips.com/support and enter the model number in the top right search box and the get Interenet Exporler Cannot Display Webpage. I have tried Google Chrome too with same result. This happend last week too. Please help or let me know when this will be fix. Thanks.
