    Hi mohamed,

It's not usually possible to rollback the firmware version. Is there any particular reason you would like to do this?

If you experiencing issues please provide an outline and we will help you through them.

    Hi mohamed,

It looks to me that you were using your home theatre system turned up to approximately 50%, with the new firmware increasing the volume range the half-way mark has moved from 20 to 30.

Please note that increasing the volume range to 0-60 does not increase to total volume, this is determined by the output of the speakers, but rather provides you with greater control over the sound.

    Kind regards,

    Gary
