    DCB242/05 no sound

    There is no sound from the docking station

    Everthing did work fine but no sound today - all forms of input checked and tried. Volume up/down, sound output changed, un-plugged/plugged in.
    The sound came back and then off again for a few seconds.
    There is a small headphone type icon in top left of screen

    Any help would be appreciated

    Connect the supplied MP3 link cable to:
    • the MP3 LINK jack (3.5mm) on the back of the
    unit.
    • the headphone jack on an external device.
    do you hv external device connected n u r using a headphone jack on that?

    all forms of input checked and tried - 4 external devices without headphones. The unit does not have a headphone jack
