Have you installed the latest Philips Songbird?
http://download.p4c.philips.com/file...02_psb_eng.exe
I tried just now with my Raga 3. It successfully upgraded from v1.03 to v1.07.
Are there some error message? If not, maybe you can check the error console and try posting it here...
Songbird > Tools> error console

I just download the songbird from the official website. Then update.
Can I have alternate method to download the firmware?
Really appreciate for help.

not really... the upgrade must be go through Songbird. There are possibilities that if you are not using the Songbird of your own device, say you are using the Songbird for GoGear Connet, there may be some crash report...
So, just in my case I can update my Raga 3, it shows that, the downloading is not a problem already. It can be a problem of the Songbird (as I mentioned) or a problem of your hardware....
This is not a good solution, but if you can reset it or restore it to factory settings...and then try upgrade... it can help I guess... (but I will rather leave it as the last resort as this means you lost all your files)
maybe by the error consoles, the Philips team can help further...
