Philips Philips BTM630/37 cd eject malfunction
Hi everyone, I own a BTM630/37 and about 9 months ago the CD eject button stopped working (yes I know I procrastinated). I've looked at several fix-it-yourself forums for a solution (I've fixed a few of my own appliances and electronics), discovered it seems to be a frequent problem with no solution, and I was hoping to find one here. The first one delivered didn't even read CDs and I was overjoyed when this one worked perfectly. I am hoping to stay a Philips fan (a name thing).
thanks for any help!
...Phil

Hi Phil,
Sorry to hear your product has stopped working correctly
Unfortunately we cannot advise in the forum on how you can repair the product yourself but would recommend you contact your local Philips Consumer Care for advice on how to proceed.
You can find your local Philips support numbers here: http://www.support.philips.com/suppo...g_selector.jsp
Kind regards,
Gary
